4 medium potatoes, peeled & grated

300g can Heinz Beanz® Caramelised Onion Flavour

1 cup grated cheese

½ cup plain flour

Salt and pepper, to taste

METHOD
1.
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl
2.
Heat a waffle maker or a non-stick frying pan over medium heat
3.
Grease with a little oil if needed, then spoon ¼ cup of the mixture for each waffle
4.
Press to flatten so the waffle cooks evenly. Cook 2 minutes on each side, or about 3 minutes in a waffle maker, until golden and crispy all over.
5.
Serve loaded with sour cream, avocado, tomato salad, or any of your favourite toppings.
