1 tbsp butter

2 eggs, lightly beaten

300g Heinz Beanz® Peri-Peri Flavour

2 slices bacon cooked, crumbled

½ cup chopped green onion

2 flour tortillas, warmed

2 tbsp salsa or Heinz® Tomato Ketchup (optional)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

METHOD
1.
Heat butter in a 20cm non-stick frying pan until it sizzles.
2.
Season eggs with salt and pepper and add half of eggs to frying pan.
3.
Sprinkle with half of the bacon and onions. Cook until eggs begin to set, stirring occasionally. Place the tortilla on top. Cook 30 seconds and then flip tortilla side down onto a plate.
4.
Spoon half beans over the egg. Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with salsa or Heinz Tomato Ketchup, if desired. Wrap tortilla and repeat with remaining ingredients to make second burrito.
