2 x 300g tin Heinz® Beanz Taco Flavour

3 rashers bacon, chopped

½ red onion, finely sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

400g canned chopped tomatoes

2 tbsp Heinz® Tomato Ketchup

1 tbsp Heinz® Smokey Barbecue Sauce

2 tbsp soft brown sugar or maple syrup

1 tsp mustard powder

1 tsp sea salt

½ tsp ground black pepper

2 tbsp chopped parsley

4 eggs

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

To assemble

4 soft burger or brioche rolls

4 tsp Heinz® Smokey Barbecue Sauce

4 slices cheddar or Jarlsberg cheese

4 eggs, fried

2 tbsp rocket, baby spinach or parsley leaves

METHOD
1.
Heat half of the oil in a frying pan and cook the bacon and onion over medium heat until crisp.

Add Heinz Beanz Taco Flavour, canned tomato, Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Heinz Smokey Barbecue Sauce, sugar, mustard powder, salt and pepper to the pan with bacon and onion and mix well. Add 300ml of water, bring to the boil and stir occasionally.

Simmer on medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes until liquid has reduced and mixture is thick. Add parsley and stir through.

To assemble, bring a clean pan to medium heat. Split the rolls, lightly grill the insides and remove from pan. Swirl Heinz Smokey Barbecue Sauce on the inside of the top bun. Top each base with cheese, baked beans, a fried egg and rocket, add top half of bun and enjoy.
