Tacos can be assembled in the kitchen before serving or ideally, it’s nice and easy to arrange the ingredients in bowls in the centre of the table and then let everyone assemble their own as they go.

1 tsp olive oil
400g lean beef mince
420g can HEINZ Salsa Chilli Beans - Medium
3 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium cucumber chopped
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 cup grated tasty cheese

METHOD

Heat oil in a large non-stick pan and cook the mince for 5 minutes, or until well browned. Add the HEINZ Salsa Chilli Beans and simmer for 3 minutes. Season to taste.

To serve: place a spoonful of chilli bean filling in the base of each taco shell. Sprinkle with a little chopped tomato and top with shredded lettuce. Finish with grated cheese and enjoy immediately.
