Mackerel and Beetroot Pitas
Ingredients

4 tbsp Heinz [Seriously] Good Tartare Sauce

100g reduced fat cream cheese

125g smoked mackerel, skin removed

4 wholemeal pitas
-
40g watercress, large stalks removed

2 small cooked beetroot (not in vinegar), chopped
Method

Step 1
Mix Heinz [Seriously] Good Tartare Sauce with the cream cheese, then lightly toss through the mackerel

Step 2
Toast the pittas and divide the mackerel mixture, watercress and beetroot between the pittas and serve. Great as a light lunch or an afternoon snack
