Crunchy Fish Fillets


  • ½ cup panko crumbs (or breadcrumbs)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • grated zest 1/2 lemon
  • 4 x 125g white fish fillets (Tarakihi or Snapper are good)
  • ½ cup Heinz [Seriously] Good Whole Egg Mayonnaise


  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven grill or turn oven to 190°C fan grill setting.

  2. Step 2

    Mix panko crumbs, chopped parsley and grated lemon zest together.

  3. Step 3

    Place the fish on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Spread each fillet with Heinz [Seriously] Good Original Mayonnaise and sprinkle over crumb mixture.

  4. Step 4

    Grill or fan grill the fish with shelf towards the top of the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the fish is just cooked through and the coating crisp and golden. Serve with a salad or seasonal vegetables.
