Savoury Bread and Butter Baked Bean Pudding
Ingredients

8 slices white bread

Unsalted butter

8 slices shaved leg ham

300g HEINZ Baked Beanz in Tomato Sauce

1 cup grated tasty cheese
-
80ml cream
-
120ml milk

3 eggs
-
freshly ground black pepper & salt flakes

8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Method

Step 1
Lightly grease a 1 litre capacity baking dish. Spread the bread with butter and cut into triangles. Layer the bread, ham, HEINZ Baked Beanz in Tomato Sauce, and cheese evenly in the dish.

Step 2
Whisk cream and milk with the eggs and season with pepper and salt. Pour egg mixture over the bread.

Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven of 160˚C for 20 minutes until golden brown and the savoury custard is set. To serve, scatter with sliced tomato and season with freshly ground pepper and salt.
