Creamy Potato Bacon Pea Salad


  • 1kg baby potatoes, boiled or roasted

  • 150g Diced bacon or pancetta

  • ½ cup Chopped parsley

  • ½ cup Chopped chives

  • ½ cup Sliced spring onions and/or thinly sliced red onion

  • 1 cup Heinz [Seriously] Good Whole Egg Mayonnaise

  • 1 squeeze lemon juice

  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper


  1. Step 1

    Cook the bacon or pancetta in a non-stick frying pan, stirring frequently for 5 minutes or until cooked through and crispy. Place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil and allow to cool.

  2. Step 2

    When the potatoes are cool, cut in half and place into a large bowl. Add the pancetta/bacon, parsley, chives, onions, Heinz [Seriously] Good Whole Egg Mayonnaise and lemon juice and stir to gently combine.

  3. Step 3

    Season with salt and pepper and enjoy! Great with grilled meats or Halloumi Cheese.
