Pancake Batter
For light & tender pancakes every time, just follow these 3 simple steps. 1) Make sure you sift your dry ingredients first, before making a well in the centre to add combined eggs, butter and milk. 2) Use a balloon whisk to gradually draw the dry ingredients into the liquid, whisking constantly until a smooth batter forms. Be careful not to over mix the batter, as this will result in tough flat pancakes. 3) Finally, cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to rest before using.
