Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 rashers bacon, roughly chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 500g lean beef mince
- 420g can HEINZ BIG RED Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1 cup beef stock
- ½ cup red wine
- 2 tbsp HEINZ Tomato Ketchup or tomato paste
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 400g spaghetti, cooked and drained
- chopped fresh parsley, to serve
Directions1. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add onion, bacon and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes. 2. Add mince and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until well browned. 3. Add the HEINZ soup, stock, wine, HEINZ ketchup and oregano. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti and garnish with parsley. Accompany with a salad and crusty bread.
