Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 skinless chicken breast fillets
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 small red capsicum, diced
- 1 small zucchini, diced
- 420g can HEINZ BIG RED Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions1. Preheat oven to 200ÂșC. Heat oil in a large frying pan, add chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Add garlic and oregano tossing to coat chicken. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a lightly greased ovenproof dish. 2. Top each chicken breast with capsicum and zucchini. Pour over HEINZ Soup and top each chicken breast with mozzarella. 3. Bake for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve on a bed of steamed rice with salad greens.
