Ingredients
- 2 slices wholemeal mountain bread
- 2 large Cos or Butter lettuce leaves
- 85g can HEINZ Shredded Chicken in Red Curry
- ½ red capsicum, seeds & membrane removed, finely sliced
- ½ lebanese cucumber, finely sliced
- ¼ cup coriander leaves
- ¼ cup mint leaves
Directions
- Lay 1 slice of mountain bread onto a clean work surface. Top one half of the bread with a lettuce leaf, followed by half of the remaining ingredients. Repeat to make the other wrap.
- To secure each wrap, fold in the edges, then starting from the filled edge, roll tightly until all the filling is enclosed. Cut each wrap in half for serving.
